The 3-Month Healing Blueprint is where clarity becomes action. Over three months, we’ll implement your therapeutic or elimination plan, support your body as it begins to heal, and then guide you into the first stages of your exit strategy by moving from restriction into resilience with conscious eating coaching.
This package is most suitable if you’ve completed your Initial Consultation and have run one key functional lab test (GI-MAP, DUTCH, or similar). It provides the structure, accountability, and real-time refinement needed to translate insights into real results.
Sessions are held every two weeks to give your body space to respond while keeping you consistently supported. For efficiency and accountability, the program has a strict expiry policy (outlined in your contract), with a 2-week grace period available if needed.
